We manage all the suppliers and movements for your event and are highly organised to allow our clients to relax and enjoy themselves.

We believe an event is just not complete without florals. So much so that florals are always at the forefront of our designs. We consider our floral aesthetic to be artful, contemporary, and beautiful. With 10 years’ experience, our very own founder and Creative Director, Felicity Lea leads our floral team.

Our meticulous attention to detail is the cherry on top to our designs. Each chair will be impeccably arranged, every sign meticulously positioned, napkins perfectly laid out, candles thoughtful ignited and menus precisely in the place. Every detail is considered and executed perfectly.

Several discovery meetings will take place over the phone and in person. In some cases, the venue has not been booked so we will use our extensive knowledge to find your perfect venue for you.

Followed by initial style and design focused chats and a site visit to your chosen venue.

An initial overall design and concept is presented for the event. This design presentation will tickle your taste buds for what’s to come. We will begin to lock in and pay deposit for any necessary vendors working on the event. And start to curate the order of events for your big day.

We are 6 months out for the event, your will now be presented your final design and concept. All your visual elements are now a strong representation of what they will be for your event. It is also at this time we will begin working on your graphic design across all your stationery and signage.

Our final site visit will take place with all impacted vendors, Felicity will go through your exact floral selections for your bouquets, buttonholes and the overall aesthetic for all your floral design. Detailed run sheets will be finalised covering all scenarios ensuring your event will run smoothly. And then it’s the big day!!
